Qualifications
– 1 year restaurant management experience
– Knowledge of basic bar drinks and recipes
– POS experience
– Customer service experience
– 21 +
Responsibilities
– Manages and supervises servers
– Keep servers on task at all times
– Maintain a clean and positive environment for customers
– Handle problems with patrons and find solutions that are appropriate
– ABC Manager on duty
– Provide excellent customer service
– Handle problems with staff directly and swiftly with fairness and compassionate leadership
– Interact appropriately and professionally with customers and staff
– Attend and bring feedback/receive feedback at weekly meetings with General Manager and Chef
– Available weekends and nights
– Responsible for communicating with servers about their availability for scheduling
Pay & Schedule
– Work week is Wednesday-Saturday 9am-6pm, Sunday 9am-3pm
– Pay $20+ /hr with growth potential + Supplementary Insurance
